Welcome to the North Carolina League for Nursing (NCLN) website. We are delighted that you have chosen to visit our site and hope that you will find it beneficial for your career goals. The NCLN is a non-profit organization established in 1952. Our purpose is to promote excellence in nursing care by promoting excellence in nursing educational activities throughout North Carolina. As a constituent member of the National League for Nursing, our mission and objectives articulate with those defined by our national association. We provide current information, programs and resources related to nursing education and professional nursing development throughout the state of North Carolina.

Membership in NCLN represents a cross section of leaders in nursing education in North Carolina, and, as such, serves as the voice of nursing education in North Carolina. The benefits of membership in NCLN include:

Whether you are a nurse educator in a practice setting or an academic setting, we are here to support you in achieving your professional goals. The NCLN is proud to work with nurse educators and practitioners at all levels (LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, PhD) by identifying or developing the needed educational resources and programs in North Carolina. We value any feedback you would like to offer regarding the need for future programs to enhance your role as an educator.
